This was my first visit to Kerri. She was very warm, friendly and professional. She asked insightful questions and listened to what I needed. The treatment was exactly what I was looking for and has made a very positive difference. Having exercises to take away has been immensely helpful as it’s given me a constructive way to help myself. It’s also made me more likely to return because I feel the intention is genuinely to do what will help me most. I’ve really appreciated Kerri’s approach.
Kerri is a wonderful practioner. She is really up with the most recent research and understanding. I found her very reassuring and skilled in her approach. And her touch is lovely!
Very happy with my visit which was handled very professionally

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. I always try to make sure a visit feels professional but also personal — taking the time to explain things clearly and put you at ease along the way. Really glad that came through, and I appreciate you taking the time to share this. Kerri
Travelling from overseas, desperate to see someone. Very accomodating to fit me in, excellent service and very thorough. Would highly recommend Kerri’s services.

Thank you so much — I'm really glad we could fit you in and put your mind at ease while you were here from overseas. It's always a priority to make sure people can be seen quickly when they need it, and I'm so pleased the visit felt thorough and reassuring. Thank you for recommending my services, it's greatly appreciated. Kerri
Kerri has been an amazing support with Costochondritis and has improved my daily quality of life. Always aware of where pain is and caring throughout. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this — it means a great deal to hear that treatment has made a genuine difference to your day-to-day life with Costochondritis. Staying attentive to how things change session to session is such an important part of getting this right, so I'm really glad that came through. Thank you for your kind words. Kerri
great and relaxing and feel great after the treatment. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much — I'm really glad you left feeling both relaxed and easier in your back and neck. I always try to pair treatment with a clear picture of what's going on, so it's not just about feeling good in the moment but understanding how to keep feeling that way. Really appreciate you taking the time to say so. Kerri
I have already written this. Please let me know if it didn’t register

Thank you for checking in — this one has come through and registered just fine! I always ask for feedback after a first session and again at the end of a course of treatment, because I care about the whole journey, not just the first impression — and it's often at the end that the longer-term outcomes really come into focus. I really appreciate you taking the time to reflect on your shoulder treatment, and do let me know if there's anything more you'd like to add. Kerri
Kerri is so knowledgeable and methodical in her approach. I felt very reassured by her expertise and I look forward to seeing her again soon.

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. With sports injuries especially, I think a methodical, step-by-step approach makes such a difference — it means you always know why we're doing something and how it fits into getting you back to full strength safely. Really looking forward to continuing that progress with you soon. Kerri
I've visited Kerri in her role as an osteopath (helped manage all the knock-on effects from my shoulder injury) and in her role as a Pilates teacher. I trust her experience and professional abilities in both these roles, providing very good advice and guidance, and for Pilates, making it fun and rewarding!

Thank you for such a generous review — it means a lot. I love being able to combine osteopathy with Pilates, because treatment doesn't stop at the table — it carries through into how you move day to day, which is where real, lasting confidence in your body comes from. So glad you're enjoying that combination, in the clinic and on the mat. Kerri
Kerri gives different levels of movement/exercise within each position, so you can choose your difficulty level depending on your body/ability. Enjoyable class to help with range of movement.

Thank you for such kind words about the class! I think it's so important that everyone can adapt movement to their own body and ability on any given day, rather than everyone following the same routine — that's what really helps build progress and confidence, especially when managing things like sciatica or a frozen shoulder. So pleased it's helping with your range of movement. Kerri
