A bit tricky to find but really clean, professional and welcoming.
Thank you for such kind words — I'm really glad the visit felt clean, professional and welcoming. I know the old location could be tricky to find, so it's good timing that we've just moved to a new home here in Stroud, which should be much easier to spot. Hope to welcome you to the new space next time. Kerri
My only criticism would be the wait time but that could have been caused by circumstances beyond their control
Thank you for such honest feedback, and I'm sorry the wait meant your visit didn't start as smoothly as I'd want it to. There was an unexpected situation that day which meant we overran — that isn't typical, and I really appreciate your patience with it. I do always make sure you get your full session time, though I appreciate that can mean longer than you'd planned for. We've since moved into our own dedicated space, which should help things run more smoothly and give a warmer welcome from the moment you arrive. Kerri
Excellent service
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — it's much appreciated. I'm glad you felt well looked after from start to finish. If anything comes up before I see you next, do get in touch. Kerri
Kerri was brilliant again, helping to find a back injury and work on areas of pain after a bad strain. She has been caring, helpful and has change my experience of Costochondritis completely making it manageable for the first time. Thank you!
Thank you — that's a really generous thing to say, and I appreciate you taking the time. Working out what's actually driving a problem, and then explaining it clearly enough that it makes sense, is the part I care most about — so it means a lot to hear that came across. Thank you for trusting me with your care. Kerri
Keri is skilful, attentive, caring and has been very attentive to and concerned about my ‘condition’. She also gives thoughtful guidance on exercises to do in between appointments and will adjust when necessary. Very kind and professional. Her work has really made a difference and I have more movement capacity in my troubled joint. I highly recommend her and frequently do!
Thank you so much for such thoughtful words — it really means a lot. Getting the between-appointment exercises right, and adjusting them as things change, is a deliberate part of how I work rather than an afterthought — so I'm glad that came through. And thank you for the recommendations; that's the biggest compliment there is. Kerri
All was excellent and informative - I felt beter after treatment.
Thank you for your kind words — I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I'm glad the session felt informative as well as helpful; making sure you leave understanding what's going on, and not just what I did, is a deliberate part of how I work. Do get in touch if anything comes up. Kerri
