Many of my clients are used to holding everything together, yet feel exhausted by perfectionism, pressure, and burnout. They set high standards, push through exhaustion, and rarely let others see when they’re overwhelmed. Over time, this can lead to chronic stress, overthinking, difficulty switching off, and a sense that nothing they do ever feels “good enough.” I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you develop a steadier, more sustainable way of living and working.
I use therapeutic models such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My clinical work is formulation-driven which means that I spend time getting to know your experiences, and what meaning you make of them. Then, we can bring in different aspects of each model, depending on what works for you.
If this resonates, you don’t have to keep managing it alone. Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to coping by yourself. You’re welcome to get in touch for a gentle, no-pressure chat about what’s been going on and whether working together might feel right for you.
