We visited Dr Singh in clinic to have my 16 year old daughter assessed for ADHD. The appointment went well and my daughter was put at ease throughout the whole process.

I visited Farah for the EMDR service. Our work together has been a success. I particularly appreciate how adaptive and perceptive Farah is - she is able to deliver her expertise with a delicate balance: empathetic, no nonsense, but not pitying and patronising. Additionally, this is a  personal service, Farah will remember the key points about you, it is continuous and so you won’t feel like you’re repeating yourself nor are you speaking to someone who simply doesn’t care or take it seriously. Highly recommend.

Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)

I had a BPD assessment with Dr Jade Thomas. From the start, the team were efficient, responsive and helpful, which made the process easy and accessible. Dr Thomas was friendly, easy to talk to, and clear, answering my queries about the assessment process in a free 20 minute discovery call prior to the report. I was able to book in an assessment quickly, and was able to pay in three instalments, making the report affordable for me. Dr Thomas provided her report within a quick turnaround time. It was thorough and comprehensive, with details about my difficulties as well as recommendations for treatment. She also offered a free 20 minute call with me after the report to answer questions I had, which was informative and extremely helpful. It is difficult to live with a mental health condition, and challenging to seek out / receive a diagnosis. Luxe Psychology and Dr Thomas have given a high standard of service, making the process smooth and efficient, helping me to feel reassured and heard.  I would highly recommend them.

ADHD Medication

Dr. Isaacson has been prescribing and monitoring my ADHD medication. She is incredibly helpful and makes it simple to both book appointments and ask questions about the process, which I very much appreciate. Her manner in face-to-face meetings is also very calming.

After carrying out a considerable amount of research, Dr Vaida's clinic was recommended to me, and I certainly wasn't disappointed.

From the moment I attended my appointment, I found Dr Vaida to be extremely approachable, kind and friendly. She immediately put me at ease, and I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with her.

What particularly impressed me was the time, effort and dedication she put into arranging a referral for me following my appointment. I genuinely appreciated the care and attention she gave to my situation, which went beyond my expectations.

Thanks to Dr Vaida's support, I now feel able to move forward with renewed confidence and hope that things may improve for me in the future.
