My latest visit was quick sharp and very satisfied and Docter was also happy with my new recovery replacement. It’s been the best surgery and recovery I have ever had and I have had quite a few breaks and operations.
Everything was really good, the new department is very welcoming. The procedure was explained from start to finish.
It was very an easy appointment I booked in at reception sat there for about 20 minutes and went to see Mr Palmer who was very good at explaining what went on then he jammed my knee and took his hand and we left overall very very good experience
I had first-class service, and everything was explained fully.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr Palmer, who was very friendly from the outset, and created a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Dr Palmer went through my symptoms and was very thorough in going through the possibilities what could have been causing the discomfort in my knee. Would certainly recommend him.
Mr Jon Palmer carried out a complex replacement of my right knee followed three months later by a partial replacement of my left knee. The arrangements for both operations were straightforward and extremely efficient. My care in hospital was first class and both operations were a complete success. I was particularly impressed by the speed of my recovery and the resolution of all the symptoms. I am pain free and can do anything I could do several years ago including cycling, walking and even running despite being nearly 80 years old. Mr Palmer’s manner was exceptionally kind and professional and he dealt with one episode of unnecessary concern by me immediately at some inconvenience to himself and in the kindest and most understanding way possible. There cannot be a specialist knee surgeon better than Jon Palmer anywhere in the country. My rheumatologist was most insistent that Mr Palmer should be the one to do the surgery and that advice was invaluable.
Everything was great once I was in the hands of Mr Jon Palmer. Ideally I wish I never met him, but he fills me with confidence that I will get better, thanks to him and his team. Appreciate you all. 🙏
Me Palmer was lovely and I had every confidence in his ability as a surgeon
Mr Palmer operated on my left hip and did a brilliant job. I have asked him to please carry out my total right hip surgery even though I now live two hours away in Somerset. He is the best!
