Dr John Ingram

Dr Ingram is a highly dedicated Consultant Dermatologist who provides compassionate and evidence-based care for patients experiencing a broad spectrum of skin conditions. He specialises in complex inflammatory skin diseases, with a distinct clinical focus on hidradenitis suppurativa. By combining advanced medical management with targeted therapies and specialised surgical interventions, Dr Ingram creates personalised treatment strategies tailored to the individual health needs and quality-of-life goals of each patient.

Dr Ingram earned his primary medical degree at Oxford University, where he also completed a Master of Arts in Physiological Sciences and a Doctorate in Medicine. He subsequently completed specialist postgraduate training in Dermatology in South Wales, alongside earning a Master of Science in Medical Education. An active leader within the international medical community, he holds professional membership with the British Association of Dermatologists, where he has led clinical guideline development, and has previously served as Editor-in-Chief for the British Journal of Dermatology.

In addition to managing routine dermatological concerns and chronic inflammatory dermatoses, Dr Ingram is heavily involved in clinical trial research aimed at advancing effective treatments for challenging skin disorders.
