Prof. Joe O'Sullivan

Prof. Joe O'Sullivan is a renowned figure in the field of Oncology. Their work is primarily focused on the treatment of prostate cancer. Prof. O'Sullivan is considered a leading expert in the use of ionising radiation in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.

Prof. O'Sullivan is particularly interested in advancing the use of radionuclide therapy for metastatic prostate cancer. Their research also extends to translational research in prostate cancer and radiotherapy, and clinical trials for advanced prostate cancer. They have contributed significantly to the field, having authored over 200 research papers.

Prof. O'Sullivan qualified in medicine from University College Dublin in 1993. They subsequently trained in Radiation Oncology at St. Luke's Hospital in Dublin. Prof. O'Sullivan is a member of the Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC) voting panel.
