Mrs Jessica He

Jessica He is a physiotherapist (University of Sydney, 2021) with a passion for providing high-quality health care for performing artists and athletes. Her practice combines evidence-based treatment with a deep understanding of the physical demands of sport performance, ensuring her patients achieve the best outcome.

Jessica has extensive musculoskeletal private practice experience in both Australia and London, working with a wide range of patients from recreational athletes to elite performers. She has provided physiotherapy for West End Theatre, and National Theatre (2023, 2025-2026) and supported major dance conventions, including Breakin’ Convention at Sadler’s Wells Theatre (2025) and AUSBREAKING (2022–2023). She has also delivered event physiotherapy at The Sydney Marathon and Bondi to Manly Ultra (2023).

Her clinical expertise extends to running biomechanics and injury prevention, where she uses advanced technology such as Runmatic for run assessments and VALD systems for assessing strength, power, balance, and mobility. Jessica has also undertaken further training in women’s health physiotherapy, and vocal health first aid.
