Dr Jessica Dyson is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Consultant Hepatologist who provides comprehensive, reassuring, and evidence-based care for patients with complex digestive and liver conditions. She maintains a compassionate, patient-focused approach, ensuring that individuals receive thorough clinical evaluations and personalised management plans. Dr Dyson is dedicated to combining clinical excellence with clear communication, helping patients feel fully informed and supported throughout their care.

Dr Dyson completed her undergraduate medical degree at Newcastle University in 2005. She subsequently undertook advanced postgraduate research, earning her PhD in 2019 with a focus on environmental risk factors associated with autoimmune liver disease. Dr Dyson holds professional memberships with prominent medical bodies, including the British Association for the Study of the Liver Special Interest Group for autoimmune liver disease, the International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group, and the International Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis Study Group. She also serves as an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer, contributing actively to medical education and scientific research.

Her clinical expertise encompasses immune-mediated and autoimmune liver diseases, including autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, and overlap syndromes.
