James Meadows is an experienced physiotherapist with a diverse background in professional sports, private practice, and the NHS. He collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Committed to continuous professional development, James is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University.

Specialising in sports injuries, particularly those affecting the lower limb and knees, James focuses on holistic treatment approaches and pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation. His expertise extends to working with ACL injuries, aiming for comprehensive recovery strategies.

Outside of his professional commitments, James maintains a strong interest in various sports, including football, tennis, and gym training. Currently, he serves as a physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine and as an Academy Physiotherapist at Arsenal Football Club, where he applies his skills to support athletes at the highest level.

James's professional journey includes previous roles at Atherapy, Sheffield United Football Club, and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, he has contributed as a Senior Physiotherapy Representative at the Undergraduate Sports and Exercise Medicine Society.
