Ms Nicola Allen

Nicola Allen is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Originally from South Wales, Nicola pursued her education at Cardiff, earning both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy, respectively.

Nicola has a keen interest in rugby-related injuries. Her experience includes working at the Roehampton Club following the completion of her Master's degree, where she further honed her skills and expanded her scope of practice.

Nicola's professional journey has led her to specialise in various areas, including sports injuries, low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, knee pain, spinal instability, and sacroiliac dysfunction. She has a particular interest in golf biomechanics, tennis injuries, and core stability development through Pilates.

Her work experience includes positions at Gloucester Royal Hospital, Gloucester Rugby Club Academy, West Wales General Hospital, and various NHS outpatient clinics. Additionally, Nicola is trained as an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) Pilates instructor and has expertise in physiotherapy acupuncture, having received training in Shanghai.
