I am a qualified physiotherapist with nearly 20 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.
I have the absolute belief in people's potential to get better. You're probably looking at this now because you have a problem - a painful problem - to solve. Physiotherapy works. By creating the right environment and giving the problem the right treatment at the right time, you can get better. This can be a long process, but my job is to minimise the time and effort needed by getting you working smarter, not harder, so you're able to keep your goal in sight and remain motivated to succeed.
I can give you an effective explanation of what I think is going on, so you have the necessary insight and understanding of your problem, which enables us to map out and problem-solve a way to your end goal.
