Philip quickly identified & confirmed my issue then agreed a course of treatment and roughly how many sessions I’d require. Very professional.
Phil is an amazing and professional practitioner and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Phil was able to explain his reasoning for my rotator cuff injury diagnosis and both provide immediate care through massage and propose suitable exercises to address the condition. My condition improved with the exercises and follow up bookings were suggested at what seemed sensible intervals. I thought the follow up sessions were sufficient to allow him to modify the proposed exercise regime and did not continue once they were no longer necessary. He professed a determination to find courses of action that would yield improvements even if they were not conventionally proposed under NHS care. In the end, I feel I have some tools to mange my condition in a way that does not oblige me stop swimming (the probable root cause), albeit while not completely eliminating the issue.
Phil clearly knows what he's doing. Still got a way to go before the injury is fully healed but all good so far
