I had a really positive experience during my appointment. The specialist took the time to go through my entire medical history, listen carefully to my concerns, and explain things that I had previously struggled to understand. For the first time since being diagnosed with endometriosis, I genuinely felt heard, understood, and reassured. I particularly appreciated his holistic approach, recognising that endometriosis and adenomyosis affect more than just the reproductive system and need to be considered in the context of overall health and wellbeing. It was refreshing to speak with someone who looked at the bigger picture rather than just individual symptoms. I left the appointment feeling more informed, supported, and hopeful about the next steps in managing my condition. I’m very grateful for the time, care, and understanding shown during the consultation.

Mr Gamaleldin was attentive, caring and validating. He was very clear in what surgery would entail, and took all factors into account. He carried out the surgery and let talked to me both straight after the surgery, and the next morning to explain next steps. I felt completely safe in his care and would recommend him to anyone with gynaecological issues.

Going private for support with suspected endo was a tough decision. But it was by far the best thing I did for myself. Dr Gamaleldin was amazing from the first appointment to my post op follow up. Without his advise, support and knowledge I would have had 2 ops on the NHS instead of one. In addition i would have still be waiting for any advice or guidance under the NHS. It has been life changing and allowed me to get back on track with my life. I have and will continue to recommend.

I’ve been dealing with my endometriosis for 20 years now, having had a couple of surgeries in the past. After my consultant retired, I needed to find someone who could tackle it with me. Islam was the 4th consultant I met with, and I instantly felt at ease and had total confidence in him. He’s warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable, working with you to find the best solution to help you. After 6 months of chronic pain, he performed complex surgery to resolve it, and I was pain free and back to normal within 7-10 days. Couldn’t recommend him more highly

I have been so glad that Islam has been my surgeon for my most recent operation. He has been compassionate and caring, as well as totally brilliant at the actual surgery bit! He has a lovely, warm manner, which sets you at ease straightaway. I could not have asked for more and would recommend him to anyone. A total find!
