I can't recommend Isabel enough! I initially came in with persistent lower back pain and occasional neck pain, and after just a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. I also had a lingering ankle injury, and Isabel was able to give me specific techniques and exercises to build strength and stability, which have really helped in my recovery. On top of that, the shoulder rehab exercises I was given have been easy to implement and have helped me prevent the issue from flaring up again. Isabel is not only incredibly knowledgeable in osteopathy, but also takes a holistic, hands-on approach and explains everything clearly. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and always runs on time. If you're dealing with back pain, neck pain, a sports injury, or need support with injury rehab, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
