Though early in her career, Cayleigh’s commitment to improving her patients' quality of life is evident in her personalised approach to osteopathic treatment. She specialises in treating lower back pain, neck pain, joint issues, sports injuries, headaches, and postural problems. Her techniques include soft tissue manipulation, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), articulation and mobilisation, and HVLA thrusts.

Cayleigh’s approach integrates hands-on treatment with exercise prescriptions to support recovery and promote long-term health. She has worked in multidisciplinary clinics, including a prominent chiropractic clinic in Surrey, where she gained extensive experience treating diverse musculoskeletal conditions.
