Dr. Ibrahim Jour

Dr. Ibrahim Jour is a Consultant Urological Surgeon who provides comprehensive general urological care and minimal access surgical treatments. He delivers patient-centred, evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs, maintaining a focus on thorough diagnostics and compassionate clinical support. Alongside his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Jour actively participates in clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality.

His clinical focus includes advanced endourology and the management of complex kidney stone disease, together with sub-specialist expertise in andrology and men's reproductive health. Dr. Jour regularly assesses and manages lower urinary tract symptoms, benign prostatic hyperplasia, elevated PSA levels, prostate cancer diagnostic pathways, haematuria, and recurrent urinary tract infections. He also offers a wide range of specialised surgical and non-surgical procedures, including endourological stone procedures, genitourinary interventions such as circumcision, urodynamic evaluations, and intra-cavernosal injection therapy for refractory erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Jour was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree. He completed postgraduate qualifications and specialist diplomas across Europe and the Middle East covering urodynamics, laparoscopic surgery, and urology before securing Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Urology, FRCS (Urol). He maintains active professional memberships with the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the British Association of Urological Surgeons, the European Association of Urology, and the Lebanese Order of Physicians.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Jour is dedicated to medical education, contributing as an Educational Supervisor and Internal Examiner for undergraduate medical degree programmes. He communicates fluently in English, French, and Arabic, and possesses conversational skills in Spanish, enabling him to support patients effectively across varied linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
