Mr Hua Jiang

Mr Hua Jiang is a Consultant Gynaecologist based in Essex with a specialist focus on minimal access (keyhole) gynaecological surgery and the management of a wide range of benign gynaecological conditions. His clinical expertise includes menstrual disorders, laparoscopic surgery, colposcopy, hysteroscopic procedures, hysterectomy, and complex benign gynaecology surgery, as well as conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). He also performs sterilisation procedures and sterilisation reversal surgery.

He is experienced in minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic approaches such as endometrial ablation and microwave endometrial ablation, aiming to provide effective treatment with reduced recovery times where appropriate. He also offers consultation in urogynaecology, although he does not perform urogynaecological surgery.

Mr Jiang has held several NHS and academic posts, including a Senior Clinical Fellow (post-CCT equivalent) at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from 2021 to the present. He also worked as a Locum Consultant Gynaecologist at Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2022.

He is currently a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, based at Broomfield Hospital, where he also serves as Colposcopy Lead with involvement in gynaecological oncology services.
