Dr Harriet Scott

Dr Harriet Scott is an accomplished Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine who provides compassionate, patient-centred care for individuals experiencing complex acute and chronic pain. She is dedicated to helping patients understand the underlying causes of their discomfort and working collaboratively with them to develop tailored treatment plans. Her holistic approach aims to reduce pain, restore movement, and enhance overall quality of life using evidence-based interventions.

Dr Scott qualified in medicine from Imperial College London in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) alongside a First-Class Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours. She completed advanced specialty training in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine across structured postgraduate London training programmes. She holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA), and Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FFPMRCA). Additionally, she gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

In clinical practice, Dr Scott specialises in Pain Medicine, regional anaesthesia, and procedural pain interventions.
