Mr Harishnath Viswanathan

Mr Harish Viswanathan is a highly qualified Consultant ENT Surgeon. He provides care to patients with general ear, nose and throat disorders, with a particular focus on nose or rhinological disorders. He has significant experience in ENT disorders, having trained both in India and the UK. Additionally, he is one of few surgeons in the UK who utilise image navigation equipment for complex sinus surgery.

Mr Viswanathan graduated from the University of Calicut, India in 1995. He then undertook his surgical training in the West Midlands region of the UK before completing advanced ENT training in Northern England. He also has a Doctoral degree in research investigating chronic sinusitis form Newcastle University.

He is currently a Consultant Surgeon at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth and St. Richards Hospital in Chichester. He holds the position of Clinical Director for ENT at Queen Alexandra Hospital, and performs regular FESS (including advanced variations), septoplasty, rhinoplasty surgery, as well as surgeries involving the ears and throat.
