Mr Grigorios Tanos

Mr Grigorios Tanos is a highly skilled Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specialises in a broad range of reconstructive, aesthetic, and surgical procedures. Dedicated to delivering patient-centred and evidence-based care, he works closely with individuals to understand their personal goals and clinical needs. His clinical practice encompasses a comprehensive spectrum of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. Mr Tanos has extensive experience in breast reconstruction, body contouring, facial reconstruction, and advanced microsurgery. He also maintains a strong focus on skin health, offering expertise in skin cancer management, including the surgical removal of skin lesions, wide local excisions, and lymph node procedures. Additionally, his clinical scope extends to scar revision, minor hand surgery, trauma reconstruction, and aesthetic procedures such as eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), ear correction surgery (otoplasty), and benign lesion removal.

Mr Tanos completed his medical degree at the University of Athens in 2002, followed by a comprehensive specialist training programme in Plastic Surgery. He achieved the European Diploma in Plastic Surgery and became a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). In 2016, he was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery (FRCS (Plast)). He further refined his specialist skills by undertaking prestigious senior fellowships in microvascular breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery.
