I am so lucky to have been helped by Dr Sanda. From the very first appointment with her, I felt better about my condition. Dr Sanda has helped me to live with tinnitus and not let it ruin my life. Through CBT she has given me the tools to not fear tinnitus. I cannot believe how much better I feel. Of course the tinnitus is there, but by accepting and not fearing it, the brain adapts and I can have long periods of not noticing it. I can sleep with no props. Dr Sanda is also a very kind and approachable doctor. Her advice and explanations make sense. I was so fortunate to have found her at a time when my anxiety was rising. She has taught me that you can feel better with the right help.
When I was very worried, stressed and concerned about my tinnitus and other related ear conditions, Dr Gladys Sanda gave me clear tools and advice that allowed me to quickly turn around my situation in only a few sessions. She is warm, calm and very approachable and has a large toolkit of excellent tips, suggestions and referrals to other specialists. I am amazed how quickly I was able to habituate thanks to her
After two years of habituation, from attending a loud event, I suddenly became convinced my tinnitus was louder, worse than ever, and I was convinced I'd never be able to habituate again. I was hearing it all the time, feeling exhausted, anxious, and miserable. I'm so glad I reached out to Dr. Gladys Sanda. From our first chat, I felt like I had someone in my corner. Unlike so many others I’d spoken to throughout my tinnitus journey, Gladys is the rare combination of deeply knowledgeable (about tinnitus, ear physiology, and associated psychology) and a brilliant therapist. After just three sessions, I was already on the road to recovery. I was committed to getting better and felt like I had the right support to do it. If you are considering getting with touch with Gladys, honestly, do it!
Dr Sanda is very compassionate, knowledgable and reassuring. As she has experience with tinnitus herself, she understands the distress and discomfort it can cause and is genuinely empathetic. I felt much calmer after seeing her.
Working with Dr. Gladys Sanda over the past two years, she has guided me to take many actions that have improved my daily experience with tinnitus, and led me to much better habituation. Tinnitus no longer interferes with my life. I'm thinking especially of a cruise that I went on a year ago February. Before going, I was so worried about the constant noise and the engines and all of that, and that it would make my tinnitus worse. Gladys helped me figure out a safety plan and small actions I could take on a daily basis. I went on the cruise I enjoyed it so much that am going on another one 18 months later. Dr. Gladys, thank you so much for helping me have a good life, with tinnitus!
Dr. Gladys is a very focused and highly skilled professional. I have been suffering from severe tinnitus for years. She has shown me ways to cope with it and has continuously adjusted the therapy to achieve the best possible results. I had worked with other professionals before, but unfortunately, I saw no progress. Since working with Dr. Gladys, I have finally experienced positive changes. My life has improved significantly as a result, and I am deeply grateful to her for that.
My consultation with Dr Gladys was a wonderful experience and a critical turning point to a worrying and troublesome new health condition. Having been given concerning and conflicting messaging from the NHS around my hearing, the clarity, reassurance, guidance and, most importantly, hope for improvement, that I recieved from Dr Gladys changed my whole perspectiove on managing tinnitus and had a significant impact on my wellbeing. I am still using the tools Dr Gladys gave me to positive ongoing effect and, if you are suffering form tinnitus, I cant recommend her highly enough. A leader in her firled and a wonderful, positive human being.
Gladys has been helping me for over a year now. She is truly in a class of her own and there are no superlatives that come close to describing how fabulous she is and how much she has helped and supported me. I was traumatized by the sudden onset of tinnitus. I tried several well regarded programs, and even the lenire machine. None of these worked and they were alot of money down the drain. I stumbled on the Oto app and through it, connected with Gladys. She was a savings grace from the start by providing a sense of hope and safety. I was so frightened by tinnitus and thanks to Gladys, slowly but surely, by implementing all her recommendations, I became less frightened. She helped in so many different ways- she would give me things to do week by week, that were tailored just for me. I did them and slowly but surely, they helped. And that was when I didn't believe anything at all could help. Gladys is the best listener and endlessly compassionate and caring. She makes time for our sessions even when she is on vacation. She answers all my emails, even if I send too many that ask the same questions in different ways over and over. I know she is a very busy person helping who knows how many people who are dealing with tinnitus. But I always feel she makes time for me . I never feel she rushes our sessions to get done by a certain time or to get on to another client like other therapists do. I feel she has all the time in the world to spend helping and being there for me, even though of course that cannot possibly be true. Gladys pushes me along the path of tinnitus rec...

Dr Gladys is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, and undoubtedly the best in terms of emotional support. I started seeing Gladys after having struggled with tinnitus and hyperacusis (and a few other issues) for years on end, with absolutely no hope of improvement. After a couple months with Dr Gladys I can honestly say it is the most positive I have felt about my health since I was a teenager - and not only do I feel emotionally and mentally more able to cope with these things, I have also had some physical relief from my tinnitus and a few other symptoms all being a direct result of Dr Gladys' guidance. I could not recommend her more.
