I am so incredibly grateful that I was introduced to Gladys by my ENT, and I can't recommend her enough. I experienced sudden onset tinnitus, which unfortunately for me came with a lot of anxiety. When I spoke to Gladys on the phone for a very quick introduction, she immediately made me feel at ease - Though I remained unsure about the positive impact 'tinnitus management' could have on me and how I felt.
