Dr Sandra truly went above and beyond. As well as being very friendly and very clear during the appointment itself, she took the time afterward to ensure that I saw an ENT as quickly as possible, and made sure to check that I'd been able to organize a follow-up appointment. I have been experiencing tinnitus in my left ear since April this year. I was referred to Dr Gladys and have been working with her for a few weeks now. I can honestly say that I have been seeing some dramatic improvement already. My tinnitus is less frequent and I can hear it less. I was so desperate for some help with this condition and the tips, guidance and tools which Dr Gladys has been sharing with me and equipping me with really do seem to work. I have been hearing my tinnitus less and less. There have been days when I don’t hear it at all.
