Dr Georgios Imseeh

Dr Georgios Imseeh is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Oncologist who offers compassionate, patient-centred care for individuals managing cancer. Working collaboratively within expert multidisciplinary teams, he focuses on formulating personalised, evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each patient's individual needs. His reassuring clinical approach ensures that patients and their families feel well-informed and supported throughout every phase of diagnosis and management.

Dr Imseeh possesses extensive expertise across a wide range of non-surgical cancer treatments, with specialist clinical interests in thoracic and urological malignancies, including lung, prostate, bladder, and renal cancers. He is highly skilled in utilising advanced radiotherapy procedures, such as stereotactic body radiotherapy, as well as systemic anti-cancer therapies, including modern chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens. In addition, he has contributed to pioneering research into targeted procedures such as magnetic resonance-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound for symptom palliation and gynaecological cancer care.

Having completed rigorous specialist higher training in Clinical Oncology, Dr Imseeh holds Specialist Registration with the General Medical Council. Alongside his clinical duties, he is deeply committed to medical education, serving as an Undergraduate Lead and College Tutor to mentor the next generation of doctors. He remains active in clinical research, collaborating with prominent academic centres and publishing work aimed at enhancing treatment efficacy, refining radiotherapy planning, and improving overall patient outcomes.
