Dr Georgia Sayer is a dedicated Consultant Acute Physician who specialises in General (Internal) Medicine and Acute Internal Medicine. She is committed to delivering high-quality, reassuring, and patient-centred care to individuals requiring unscheduled and urgent medical attention. Acting as a senior decision-maker within acute care environments, Dr Sayer ensures the rapid assessment, precise diagnosis, and compassionate treatment of patients presenting with complex medical conditions.

Her wide-ranging clinical practice covers acute medical admissions, Same Day Emergency Care, and the urgent evaluation of acute illnesses. Dr Sayer possesses extensive expertise across a wide variety of medical conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, infectious, and neurological emergencies. She maintains a focused clinical interest in streamlining acute care pathways, managing frailty, and improving outcomes for hospitalised patients through the early recognition and treatment of delirium.

Dr Sayer earned her medical degree and completed rigorous postgraduate specialist training in Acute Internal Medicine and General (Internal) Medicine.
