I went to see Dr Philips for ongoing GI issues, and I had a really positive experience from start to finish. He took the time to go through all my symptoms in detail and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped ease my anxiety. What I appreciated most was how thorough and attentive he was — he didn’t dismiss anything and made sure to investigate properly to get to the root of the problem. Throughout the process, I felt supported, reassured, and in very safe hands. The whole experience, from consultation to follow-up, was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I was impressed with Dr. Phillips calm, professional manner throughout my procedure. I have had a previous colonoscopy which was extremely painful and was not completed - this was an infinitely better experience. My needs during the procedure were heard and acted upon, and resulted in a completed procedure, giving me peace of mind in the results. I couldn't recommend Dr. Phillips enough.
