Dr. Phillips is an amazing doctor who goes the extra mile to provide a high standard of care. He ensured everything was explained thoroughly and paid attention to every detail throughout my procedures and consultations.
Dr Phillips and his team at Park Hospital were caring and attentive throughout the whole process. Dr Phillips was empathetic to my fear and overactive gag reflex by offering sedation for the gastroscopy procedure. The medical team during the procedure were patient, understanding and immediately put me at ease during the procedure.
Mr Phillips clearly set out the benefits of gastroscopy procedure. I had some reservations due to an unpleasant gastroscopy experience previously but he explained the sedation would ease these. In the end the sedation work just how I hoped it would and the procedure was fine.
A slight issue with the nurses not expecting both of the procedures but was quickly sorted and both went ahead
I was really worried about having a colonoscopy and its potential findings but Dr Phillips and his team made me feel looked after. Everyone worked well together and I got the sense they performed these procedures regularly which put me at ease.

Dr Phillips was very professional, explained everything pre-procedure. I was felt very cared for by the whole team. The procedure I felt comfortable and was expecting more pain/discomfort, so was very happy with the outcome. I had a follow up appointment with Dr Phillips and he clearly explained my results. Thank you.
