Ms Fiona Jennings

Fiona Jennings brings over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults across both the education and health sectors. She developed specialist skills in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neuro-diversity, dedicating 16 years to Autism services—first as an Early Intervention Therapist and later as the Team Leader for both intervention and diagnostic services. During her time in Autism Services, Fiona completed a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Queen’s University Belfast, which enabled her to provide one-to-one CBT to a range of clients.

Currently, Fiona works in adult mental health services as a dedicated cognitive behavioural therapist. She uses evidence-based practices to treat various mental health disorders, including panic, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), illness anxiety, social anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Fiona holds a Postgraduate Degree in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dundee. Her extensive background and commitment to evidence-based care make her a valuable practitioner in the field of mental health.
