Dr Khan is approved to prescribe specialised anti-fibrotic treatments like pirfenidone and nintedanib, and leads the specialist ILD centre at Glenfield hospital which receives referrals from across the region.

Dr. Khan pursued a higher degree and completed a PhD focused on predicting survival in patients with ILD.
