Mr Tselos was fantastic from the very first appointment and then throughout the 7 month period that I saw him. He was my consultant for my pregnancy and made the world of difference to a time in my life I was really nervous about; from my health to my baby’s health, I was apprehensive about it all but working with him meant I could actually enjoy it! I can get pretty nervous in hospitals, and especially with all of the tests you have in pregnancy etc and I’d certainly never had any kind of surgery (I chose an elective c-section) but he put me at ease throughout. He was thorough in every single appointment and scan despite being incredibly busy; he never rushed me, he was honest with me about any concerns and explained them in a really simple, clear way. He was factual and direct while being compassionate and patient throughout. He has such a huge breadth of knowledge in obstetrics and gynaecology, any questions I had, he could answer in detail. He spotted a cyst in one of my scans and handled that - which was not part of the pregnancy care yet he still took action. He also performed my c-section which was an amazing experience - I was nervous beforehand but he put me at ease, my recovery has been fab, I was walking 3 hours post surgery and discharged the next day, fully off painkillers within 5 days and healing was a dream - neat, small scar. He’s a very calm person and I’d absolutely recommend him (he actually came recommended to me by multiple different people) and I can’t thank him enough for bringing my son into the world safely and making such a special, but nerve wra...
