Dr Elizabeth Bayman

Dr Elizabeth Bayman is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in paediatric endocrinology and diabetes. With a clinical focus on the endocrine system, she provides expert care for children and young people experiencing issues related to growth, hormones, glands, and metabolism. Dr Bayman is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, ensuring that young patients and their families feel supported throughout their treatment journeys.

Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of endocrine conditions, including thyroid disorders, adrenal suppression associated with glucocorticoid therapy, and pubertal development. Dr Bayman is also deeply involved in paediatric diabetes care, managing both type 1 and type 2 diabetes in children and adolescents. As a forward-thinking clinician, she serves as a Clinical Lead for digital health initiatives, championing the implementation of educational platforms and mobile applications designed to improve diabetes self-management and empower families.

Dr Bayman is fully registered with the General Medical Council and is on the Specialist Register for Paediatrics.
