Dr Eleonora Saturno is a Consultant Neurologist and Clinical Neurophysiologist who provides comprehensive clinical care for patients presenting with complex nervous system disorders. Working across both general and acute neurology, she is dedicated to delivering accurate, timely diagnoses and structured management plans tailored to individual patient needs. Her objective and compassionate approach helps reassure patients throughout their assessment, treatment, and long-term care pathways.

In her clinical practice, Dr Saturno addresses a wide range of neurological conditions and utilises specialised neurophysiological investigations. Her clinical interests encompass epilepsy, non-convulsive status epilepticus, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Huntington's disease, parkinsonism, focal dystonia, and young-onset memory disorders. To support diagnostic accuracy, she oversees and interprets key neurophysiological procedures, including electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies (NCS), home video telemetry, and evoked potentials. She also provides targeted interventions such as botulinum toxin injections for focal dystonia.
