I have, today, had my final consultation with Dr. Segal, after meeting him initially nearly eight months ago. During that time, in which I have had a pacemaker implantation, an ablation and a left atrial appendage occlusion, the care and treatment I have received from him has been outstanding. The news he gave me today that I no longer am classified as having heart failure is testament to his immense skill. Following my first consultation I wrote that I had every confidence that I was in safe and extremely capable hands. That has proved to be the case in every respect. At the outset, he explained my condition and the possible route forward in great detail. At every stage this attention to detail, making sure I fully understood what was to be done, how and why was repeated. Dr Segal's bedside manner is superb; he is relaxed, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have enjoyed every meeting I have had with him. In conclusion, my sincere thanks to Dr Segal for the care I have experienced and for the success of the treatment he has prescribed and administered. Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending him as a highly skilled, knowledgeable, caring and considerate physician.

Dr Segal performed my cardiac ablation a year ago and I saw him for a follow up. I have a very high level of confidence in him as a physician and he is also always completely charming and welcoming. His advice is always supported by the latest research and given in a straightforward and direct manner. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Every aspect of Dr Segal’s care, from the ablation procedure to the subsequent support, has been outstanding.. It is now six months after my ablation, I no longer suffer from heart failure, my AF has not returned, I have a healthy heart rate and I no longer require medication. I cannot be more delighted and thankful to him.
