Clear, thorough and concise. Efficient process in well managed facility.
Good hospital, helpful staff and Dr Creaney was absolutely superb!
Dr Leon Creaney was incredibly personable yet professional, made me feel at ease, was thorough and explained everything at a level I was able to understand, including a walk through of my scans and aftercare with the opportunity for questions. I was able to have some of my consultations, where appropriate via Teams/ telephone, which helped massively due to my busy schedule. The treatment I received was second to none, achieved the results I wanted and I would highly recommend. Overall a great experience and my medical concerns were resolved by a kind and compassionate team. Loved the admin team who organised it all, they certainly deserve a mention as they provided a gold standard person centred service.
Dr Creaney provided a level of service way above expectations, as well as successful treatment of my condition (Trigger finger) Dr Creaney also arranged an immediate MRI scan and a same day consultation regarding a recent health scare (suspected TIA) The subsequent reassurance that i received was/is very much appreciated.
very efficient with his time and diagnosing and treatments all worked so highly reccomended
Good clear explanation of initial examination. Arranged further diagnostics quickly and then explained very clearly the results from these .
Was very friendly and explained everything in a clear and concise manner.
