Dr Yi Ling Chan

I am a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology / Urogynaecology since 2009. I lead the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS FT Pelvic Floor Service which comprises Urogynaecology, Urology and Colorectal services and specialists, Women's Health Physiotherapy and Continence Advisory Services.

I set up the Urogynaecology MDT and the multidisciplinary Pelvic Floor MDT for Calderdale and Kirklees. The Pelvic Floor Service has been awarded the British Society of Urogynaecology Accreditation.

I hold regular clinic at Spire Elland Hospital and offer gynaecological and urogynaecological procedures. Research interests: I am the local principle investigator for several multicentre UK collaborative trials including Prospect Trial, VUE Study, OPAL Trial and FUTURE Study.
