About Dr Shirine Boardman
Dr. Boardman is a Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist with a special interest in thyroid problems and other hormonal conditions.
Having qualified in the Universtiy of Malaya in 1988, she came to the UK in 1991 for training and specialised in Diabetes and Endocrinology and General Medicine on the Oxford specialist Rotation in 2000.
Having initially worked in Warwickshire as a Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist , her special interests include Thyroid disorders, and setting up of specialist clinics for women with PCOS , managing obesity and particularly difficult Type 2 diabetes.
She moved to Lincolnshire in 2012, and worked as a Consultant Physician in Acute Medicine and runs specialist clinics in Diabetes and Endocrinology in Grantham Hospital and practices privately at the Warwickshire Nuffield in Leamington Spa.
She has a large practice of patients with Thyroid disorders including Hashimoto's hypothyrodism and other hormonal disorders.
