Dr Rupak Moitra is a consultant rheumatologist and general physician currently practising at The North Hampshire Hospital, Basingstoke. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at the Kennedy Institute for Rheumatology before completing his MBBS at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. Dr. Moitra then pursued higher specialist training in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine between London and Wessex.

Dr Moitra's clinical practice covers all areas of adult Rheumatology, including complex inflammatory musculoskeletal disease, osteoporosis and soft tissue rheumatism. He is particularly interested in osteoporosis and osteoarthitis. He also participates in the general medical take and has responsibility for medical inpatients.
