Ritan is a fantastic doctor. In my opinion, in order for a doctor to be exceptional, besides their knowledge and experience, they need to be empathic and understand that your conditions have an impact on your life. Ritan takes the time in each appointment to ensure he fully understands what's going on with your condition. I cannot stress how important this is enough. So many doctors will have a quick look at you, suggest a course of treatment, and off you go, which is a terrible experience as a patient. This is the complete opposite of Ritan, and I thank him for that. If he needs to take a full hour to go through all the details and intricacies of your condition, he'll do it, with a smile, and with the professionalism you deserve. He's honest, transparent, and very clear. He methodically analyses the different courses of treatments and discusses them with you, mentioning their pros and cons, so together with him, you can make an informed decision. We're trying to find a solution to my almost chronic problems with my pubic bone and groin. I've been treated by several doctors, physios and other specialists from different countries, some of them quite renowned, without success. I'm much more hopeful now that Ritan is treating me for this condition. No matter the final outcome, I'll still be thankful to Ritan for his dedication, for exploring all the possibilities to solve this puzzle, and for being clearer than all the previous professionals I wish I had known Ritan years ago when I started having problems with my injuries because I'm quite sure I'd be feeling much better now.
