Dr Pravin Premchand Torané

Dr Torane is consultant neurologist based in Worcestershire and has close ties with University Hospital Birmingham (Queen Elizabeth Hospital). He has been trained in Neurology in the West Midlands Deanery on a background of General Medicine. He is based in Alexandra Hospital, Redditch and Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Worcester.

He completed his MBBS degree in 1998 followed by MD in General Medicine in 2002, both from Univesity of Bombay and completed core medical training from Yorkshire Deanery and Neurology training from West Midlands Deanery.

Dr Torane has expertise in managing patients with Parkinsons' Disease and Parkinson's Plus syndromes, Epilepsy, Functional and Dissociative Neurological Disorders, Non-Epileptic Attacks, Myasthenia Gravis, General Neurology, Peripheral Neuropathy, Spinal pathology (non-surgical) and headaches and Migraines.

Outside medicine he enjoys cricket passionately. He witnessed England's "The Final" at the Lords Cricket ground with his daughter. He also loves landscape and portrait photography.
