Dr Michael Shipway

Dr Michael Shipway is the Principal Dentist working at the dental clinic, Michael Shipway & Associates based in Cheltenham. He has a specialist interest in cosmetic and preventative dentistry. Having come from a family of dentists, he is the third generation to devote his career to dentistry.

He grew up in Cheltenham and later moved to London where he studied Dentistry at Guy's Hospital Dental School. After qualifying as a Dentist, he trained and worked for 4 years in London. He then returned to Cheltenham to work for the dental clinic that was established by his family in 1919. Apart from his work, he enjoys attending antique auctions and visiting the theatre.
