Dr May Friedler is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. They aim to provide a welcoming and non-judgemental environment in which clients feel safe and understood. Dr Friedler's approach centres on working collaboratively with each individual to develop a shared understanding of the issues they face and the factors that contribute to them. Through this process, clients can establish their needs and work towards achievable goals that empower them to cope and move forward. Dr Friedler believes in the power of short-term therapy to effect positive change and help individuals regain control of their feelings, enabling them to live their daily lives to the fullest.
