Dr Jayne Eaden

Dr Jayne Eaden graduated from Leicester Medical School in 1992 with merit awards in pathology and medicine. She is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and is the Clinical Lead for Gastroenterology at the University Hospitals of Coventry & Warwickshire having been appointed in May 2002.

Dr Eaden examines for the Royal College of Physicians and she became the Secretary for the whole of the British Society of Gastroenterology in 2013.

Her research interests are principally concerned with colorectal cancer (CRC) in patients with IBD. As a result of her research, she co-authored the British Society of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association guidelines for cancer surveillance in IBD patients.
