Dr James Greening

Dr James Greening is a Consultant Paediatrician practising at Spire Leicester Hospital. He specialises in diabetes and endocrinology, with a sub-speciality in childhood growth and puberty-related problems as well as being certified in general paediatrics and general paediatric problems.

Dr Greening qualified in 1991 from the University of London . Is a tertiary trained specialist in childrens endocrinology and diabetes.He has undertook training at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The institute of child health UCL. St Bartholomews Hospitals London as well as having worked in a number of teaching hospitals such as Oxford and Sydney Children's Hospital in Australia, which exposed him to a broad range in paediatric endocrinology.

As a Paediatrician, he provides a gentle and non-threatening approach towards children, along with providing whole family centred care. He also enjoys actively undertaking research, in which he focusses on children's Type 1 Diabetes.
