Dr Kulakov was very helpful and I found the interview relaxed with her quiet manner. She explained everything prior to my care and gave advice for post treatment. Thank you.

The actual treatment was very good - the welcome and organ it station downstairs could be improved
Overall extremely satisfied from a clinical perspective. Miss Kulakov secretary was great too. Just the reception staff were quite flustered.
My previous comment was about Dr. Kulakov.. Again, I found communication skills exceptional: combining efficiency, clarity and kindness.
