Dr Dakshinamoorthy Muthukumar

Dr Dakshinamoorthy Muthukumar is a highly qualified Oncologist with a special interest in thoracic and urological malignancies. These include lung cancer, prostate and bladder cancers, and kidney cancers. Dr Muthukumar is qualified in the medical management and radiotherapy management of these cancers.

Dr Muthukumar has presented at prestigious international scientific meetings and has published papers in several journals. They are also a principal investigator for several clinical trials.

Dr Muthukumar is a member of the Royal College of Radiologists, the British Uro-Oncology Group, the European Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology, the European Society of Medical Oncology and the British Thoracic Oncology Group.

Dr Muthukumar completed their clinical oncology training at the University Hospital of Leicester in 2005. They were awarded a Keith Durrant memorial scholarship and undertook post-graduate fellowship training at the British Columbia Cancer Centre, Canada.
