Very pleased. It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr Grover
I was very happy with my appointment with Dr Grover. He provided a professional and thorough assessment of my health condition. I left the appointment with detailed information regarding the next steps in the investigative process.
Nice bloke, good communicator. Explained all in a clear non condescending manner
Very professional and thorough both with examination and diagnosis. Prescribed medication, shown results from endoscopy which was diagnosed on the day.

I am delighted that we were able to perform the gastroscopy so quickly, diagnose your medical condition and initiate effective treatment on the day.
After carefully researching gastroenterology consultants closer to home for my 76 year old father, we decided to see Dr Grover and I could not be more pleased with our decision. From the moment we arrived, Dr Grover was warm, professional, thoughtful and deeply respectful. What truly stood out was the care and attention he gave to understanding my father not just medically, but as a person. He took the time to listen properly, understand his history in detail and approach his care in a genuinely holistic and compassionate way. It was also clear that he had thoroughly reviewed all of the medical information and previous reports I had sent ahead of the appointment, which made us feel immediately reassured and confident in his care. His recommendations felt considered, honest and patient focused, with no sense of unnecessary investigations or repetition, only a genuine desire to understand the root cause of my father’s symptoms and provide the best possible care. Most importantly, my father came away feeling comfortable, reassured and truly heard, which means a great deal. I am incredibly grateful for Dr Grover’s expertise, kindness and integrity and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you again, Dr Grover. We very much appreciate your time and care and look forward to seeing you again in due course.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give this detailed feedback. I am glad that you and your father felt listened to and had such a positive experience of our consultation. I am a real believer in shared decision-making between patient and clinician, to ensure concerns are addressed most effectively and efficiently. As well as holistic approach to improve patients symptoms.
Dr Grover is an empathetic doctor who listened carefully to my symptoms and implemented a thorough round of tests to determine what the causes were. He was considered, thoughtful and understanding and cannot recommend him enough.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give this positive feedback. I am glad that we were able to address the symptoms and issues.
I work alongside Dr Grover as a colleague, and he is my first port of call whenever I need a trusted opinion on complex hepatology. He is a highly skilled endoscopist and an excellent gastroenterologist.
