It was a telephone call during which everything was clearly explained
I had a heart MRI scan on Tuesday morning, and a follow-up telephone consultation with Professor Ghosh today, two days later. Professor Ghosh took me through the results, and compared them with the results of previous scans. As a precautionary measure, he is arranging for me to see a thoracic surgeon. I was very pleased with this outcome.
Professor Ghosh was wonderful. Very thorough, methodical with testing and explained things clearly. His PA was also lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Professor Ghosh is a clear and logical communicator and is, I suspect, a man of brilliance. I wish I had met him and been under his care 10 years ago.
He was very professional ,knowledgeable ,caring and supportive throughout. He clearly explained my scan results and their significance and how the treatment offered will help me in the future.I left his office feeling happy, confident and lucky that I was under his care. AP
I have found Prof. Ghosh to be extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and with the ability to communicate and explain information effectively, always allowing time for relevant questions and discussion. Based on my experience, I have already recommended Prof. Ghosh. Thank you for caring and for making a real difference to patients' lives.
Professor Gosh has been looking after my heart for one year now, and has been great! I recommend!
Prof. Ghosh explained the results he saw and what he was expecting to see, with a delta and possible theory and we discussed my expectations in relation to a recent treatment change. Very effective communicator, excellent knowledge and understood my concerns even where potentially unwarranted or where the data said differently.
Dr Ghosh is excellent. The follow-up from/with his office is good, but could be clearer and more responsive.
A pleasure to work with, and great to see Professor Ghosh become a leading figure in UK cardio-oncology.
