Dr John Goode

Dr John Goode is an experienced Consultant Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist who specialises in advanced medical imaging and minimally invasive image-guided procedures. He works closely alongside multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment strategies for a wide variety of clinical conditions. Dr Goode is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, ensuring that individuals feel fully informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their care journey.

In his clinical practice, Dr Goode covers a broad range of diagnostic and interventional services. His expertise includes cross-sectional imaging modalities such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), and diagnostic ultrasound. His areas of clinical interest include vascular imaging, urological radiology, renal imaging, hepatobiliary radiology, neuroradiology, and the evaluation of complex conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, peripheral arterial disease, and vascular malformations. He performs minimally invasive procedures including angioplasty, vascular stenting, embolisation, image-guided tissue biopsies, ablation therapy, and central venous catheter placements under radiological guidance.

Dr Goode completed his medical training at University College London, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) in 1995. He subsequently completed specialist postgraduate training in clinical radiology, followed by an advanced clinical fellowship dedicated specifically to interventional radiology. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR).
