Dr Abba Alkali

Efficient treatment and seen quickly.

Not for me. Barely looked at me the whole time, didn't engage in any polite welcome, hadn't read my referral letter and I personally felt he couldn't wait to get me out the door. Not a great experience and if the treatment advised doesn't work, I won't be going back to Dr Alkali.

A pleasure to have Dr Alkali for my roaccutane treatment. Understood the reasons of why I wanted to start this medication after around 10 years of struggling with acne and not having any luck with other medications. Appreciated my worries of side effects so started on a low dose and slowly titrated up leaving me with manageable and very little side effects so far. During coronavirus it has not been possible to have face-to-face consultations but telephone consultations have always been on time, thorough and efficient.

Dr Alakli is incredible! Gave me a diagnosis quickly and started me on a treatment of my choice straight Away, always active in giving the best advice and always there to help, my skin condition is a lot better than what it was and made me feel more comfortable.

Dr Alkali is very helpful and explains everything to me very clearly. I also feel like he listens to what I have to say and considers what I’m saying as important which makes me feel valued as a patient.

From start to finish Doctor Alkali was very professional, we spoke about what was happening, he gave me the options of two tablets, spoke about them in detail and the side effects they could have I seen him every month for six months, appointment always on time and nothing was every an issue.
