All I can say about this man is that he is a genius what he has done for me is amazing , given me a new lease of life, not just a fantastic surgeon a beautiful person, Dincer thank you for what you have done for me.

I was referred to Mr Aktuerk for a mitral valve repair. This was the first major surgery of my life so it was naturally quite a big deal for me. Mr Aktuerk could not have guided me through the procedure better. He was very generous with his time before the surgery answering all of my questions about the procedure. The experience was similar after the operation when we found that Mr Aktuerk was always very easy to contact with any questions and was again very generous with his time both when I was in hospital afterwards and at our follow up appointment. He is clearly a highly skilled surgeon and his thoroughness really helps to build confidence. He is also a really likeable person and could not have shown me and my family any greater care or consideration throughout the whole process. I should add that his office assistant is also a pleasure to deal with and he works with a very professional team who all seem to share similar values when it comes to patient care. I couldn’t be more grateful to Mr Aktuerk or his colleagues.

I was apprehensive before meeting Mr Aktuerk as I was approaching surgery. He made me feel completely at ease and explained the procedure in simple terms so I could understand. I also felt he had all the time in the world for me and it was I pleasure to meet him.

From my very first conversation he put me at ease and filled me with confidence and nothing changed throughout the whole process.

Dincer, has given me a new heart he has performed keyhole surgery that nobody else could do, I was up and walking 2 days after the operation with no pain, he is a top professional in his field, not only he is fantastic at cardio surgery but I felt he was part of my family the way he treated me, iam so please what he has done for me he performed a miracle with his skills, thank you and god bless Dincer.

We went to see Dincer based on the recommendation of a mutual friend, who had similar heart surgery. From the first meeting we realised that we had found the surgeon we wanted to use. Dincers charming yet authoritative manner, backed up by excellent reviews and reputation, made him my first choice. I also liked the fact he was prepared to explain the op procedure in depth, which for me was important. Everything went well, but a minor leg bleed materialised some days later. I called Dincers secretary Sunday night and he said to meet him at the hospital the following day, whereby he would come in (especially) to stitch the wound up himself. Thats all you need to know about his level of patient commitment.

From the initial consultation I found Mr Aktuerk concise and to the point with his explanations of my symptoms and the procedure solution. Despite the fact this is a new procedure in the UK, Mr Aktuerk’s calmness put me at ease with the procedure and gave me confidence this procedure was the correct one for me.
