Mrs Dawn Hayward

Mrs Dawn Hayward is a BACP Accredited counsellor. They offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their issues and find ways to move forward. Their approach is client-centred, ensuring a bespoke counselling experience that suits each individual. They believe that counselling should fit the client, which is why they have trained in a variety of therapies to integrate and adapt to suit the needs of each individual.

Mrs Hayward is also a Mindfulness trainer and can incorporate some of these elements into a counselling session if needed. Their aim is to empower the client so they have the tools to move forward and grow.
